5 STEPS from CONSCIOUS UNCOUPLING:
1. FIND EMOTIONAL FREEDOM
Learn how to address the big emotions that can arise during this process. By reducing fear of feelings and having a method for holding on to yourself, you gain important agency and compassion for yourself as you move through your changing relationship.
2. RECLAIM YOUR POWER AND YOUR LIFE
Learn to recognize, acknowledge and get kindly curious about what you contributed to the relationship. This allows for more self-ownership, choice and confidence.
3. BREAK THE PATTERN, HEAL YOUR HEART
Identity your old stories and beliefs about yourself, others and love. Bring kindness to those well earned beliefs and update your beliefs, relational behaviors and habits with more accurate truths. Declare new ways of relating for success in your relationships with yourself, others and love.
4. BECOMING A LOVE ALCHEMIST
Take responsibility for how you want to experience life. Find your breakthroughs in the heartbreak. With that motivation, release any resentments and and clear the air to make space for a new life.
5. CREATING YOUR HAPPILY-EVEN-AFTER LIFE
Release old implicit and explicit agreements from past relationships. Create new agreements with yourself and/or others. Decide how you will relate to your former partner, whether in an expanded family or simply within your own heart and mind. Consider completion rituals. Create your new outlook for yourself, others and new life or love in your new reality.
